I have cultivated a daily meditation practice for over 15 years and have been personally committed to living a conscious lifestyle that incorporates yoga, meditation, plant-based diet, and holistic healing practices. I am a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Reiki practitioner and Meditation Instructor. I have facilitated numerous group meditations including mindfulness meditation, guided imagery meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, body scan meditation, loving kindness, mantra, breath awareness, chakra balancing, zen and transcendental meditation. I worked at University of California, San Diego’s Acute Cardiac Rehabilitation Center (Dean Ornish Reversing Heart Disease Program) where I facilitated guided meditations, taught a variety of mindfulness practices and conducted groups on wellness and relaxation.
